Setup Requirements

• You must have a Payfast merchant account to receive payouts. We deduct:

  • Payfast fee: R2 + 3.5% of the order total (including R45 delivery fee for a radio up to 5 km. The client covers any additional kilometers.)

  • ChefMap fee: 10 % of the order total

• Please upload square images under 500KB (ideally 2 - 300KB for fast loading).
• When registering, make sure your selected location is taken from your business premises - this defines your customer delivery area.
• Delivery is your responsibility. You may choose to deliver yourself and pay R150 per month fee, or partner with our delivery services. Our budget is R45 per delivery.
• Note. Once an order is dispatched, the buyer cannot cancel it.
